Maavee Synapse - Terms of Use

You grant Maavee a limited right to process this information solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Synapse platform.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process your data using Synapse.
5. Artificial Intelligence Services
Synapse allows customers to configure and use third-party AI models.
Responses generated by AI services:
- May contain inaccuracies
- Should not be considered professional advice
- Should be reviewed before making important business decisions
Customers remain responsible for validating AI-generated outputs before relying on them.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Synapse supports integration with external services including AI providers, email systems, authentication providers, cloud platforms, and APIs.
Maavee is not responsible for:
- Availability of third-party services
- Changes to third-party APIs
- Third-party outages
- Fees charged by third-party providers
- Data handling practices of third-party services
Your use of third-party services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.
7. API Usage
Customers may access Synapse through its APIs using issued API keys or other supported authentication mechanisms.
Customers are responsible for:
- Protecting API credentials
- Monitoring API usage
- Revoking compromised credentials
- Complying with any documented rate limits or usage restrictions
API keys must not be shared publicly.
8. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect the platform and customer information.
Customers are responsible for securing:
- User accounts
- API keys
- OAuth credentials
- Connected integrations
- End-user devices
No Internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability.

Termination does not affect obligations that have already arisen under these Terms.
13. Limitation of Liability

- Maavee makes no guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Maavee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
Customers remain responsible for backing up critical data and validating AI-generated outputs.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maavee AI, its officers, employees, and partners from claims arising from:
- Your use of Synapse
- Your uploaded content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
15. Changes to the Service
We may add, modify, improve, or discontinue features of Synapse as the platform evolves.
Where practical, significant changes will be communicated through the website or platform.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of Synapse after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
